Karishma Nana

Karishma qualified as a Chiropractor and graduated from the Durban University of Technology in 2018. Following this she went on to practice in South Africa and then relocated to England. Since then she has practiced in Maidenhead and moved to Scotland to practice at CoreHealth Chiropractic back in 2023 and is an Advanced Associate in the practice.

She is passionate about Chiropractic and the benefits of it for her patients. She is focused on family based practice with a special interest in paediatrics, pregnancy and women's health.

She has gone on to expand her skills in the Webster technique which she gained certification by ICPA - this technique has great benefits for pregnant women in particular.

Karishma is also highly trained in CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release and utilises this alongside Kinesiology and Visceral Manipulation and Dry Needling to complement her Chiropractic skills when needed.

Karishma believes that our bodies are connected in all aspects of life and it therefore needs to work in sync to function at its optimum through healing and movement.

Karishma is registered with the General Council of Chiropractic (GCC), United Chiropractic Association (UCA) and International Chiropractic Paediatric Association (ICPA).

"Not only is Karishma excellent at her job; she is friendly, kind and caring too. My experience with her has been nothing short of fantastic and she has helped me improve both my physical and mental health”.

"Karishma has been amazing throughout my baby, Ayda’s treatment. She has so been patient and gentle with Ayda and really informative explaining everything to me. She is much more comfortable after her feeds and her movement is much better which has meant she is meeting her milestones and doing so well".
