CranioSacral Therapy Introductory Classes

Have you ever wanted to learn more about CranioSacral Therapy (CST)? If so, a CST Introductory Class might be exactly what you are looking for!

This class is open to anyone at all, even if you do not work in healthcare. If you do however, this can be a great taster of the work, which can give you some extra hands-on skills to add in to your practice and help you to decide whether to take the full training in the future.

Francesca has been teaching this class for many years and has had participants from varied backgrounds attend from massage therapists, mums, chiropractors, patients, primary school teachers and physiotherapists to name only a few.

We feel it is important to give you ample time over the two days to practice the techniques on each other to fully understand the essence of CST so you can take it home and use with family and friends!

Our next Intro to CST course will be on

Sat 23rd and Sun 24th of March 2024!

If you happen to have a bunch of willing participants and would like us to run an introductory class in your area, please let us know.

CranioSacral Therapy Study Groups

CST Study Group

This group is open to anyone who has attended a 'CST1' class in the past. It is a great opportunity to review anything you would like to clarify from any of the levels of CST training.

We can discuss/practice anything you feel would enhance your treatment sessions or strengthen your knowledge. Our previous sessions have involved many topics including exam support, multi-hands sessions, review of 10-step protocol techniques and troubleshooting tricky clinical situations as a group

Our next Study Group is on Sat 25th of May from 10.30am-3.30pm!

What our participants say

“This was the first course I have done in over ten years and, honestly, I found it challenging yet rewarding in many ways. With some practice at home I hope to be able to progress with further courses in the CST curriculum.” - EW, Prestwick

“The CST Introductory course was fun and informative with just the right balance of practical work and theory. Francesca was very patient, happy to answer questions and repeat anything if needed. It was very well presented.” - SM, Kilmarnock

"I love the CST study groups because they give us the opportunity to discuss problems and questions in a safe environment. I can thoroughly recommend this group as an adjunct to the more formal training classes." - SS, Glasgow
