Jenny Docherty

Jenny is a qualified Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist with a background in Swedish massage.

Jenny trained with the Western School of Massage, completing her Diploma in Swedish Massage in 2020 and Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage in 2023.

Her approach combines a detailed understanding of anatomy and movement with hands-on treatment tailored to each client. Driven by her clients’ individual goals, she particularly enjoys helping people manage muscular tension and restricted movement arising from work, everyday life and sport, while supporting them to improve mobility and better understand their bodies.

Jenny is excited to join the Core Health team and looks forward to collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to support clients as part of a joined-up approach to their care.

Outside of the clinic, Jenny enjoys spending time with her two young children and exploring the outdoors with her family. Coming from a design background, Jenny has recently taken up landscape painting as a creative outlet.
