“Francesca is always attentive and helpful. She gives you her full attention and you can be assured of complete privacy and confidentiality.” MG, Irvine
“Francesca offers a unique combination of finely honed skills and techniques which have a highly beneficial effect on a wide range of health issues.”EM, Ayrshire
Francesca studied for four years and graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University of Glamorgan in 2008 with a First Class Honours Degree in Chiropractic and Graduate of the Year Award. Following this, she returned to Scotland, has worked in Glasgow, Kilmarnock and Ayr, and established CoreHealth Chiropractic in Prestwick in 2018.
Since graduating, Francesca has continued to expand her therapeutic skills. She is a diplomate level CranioSacral Therapist (CST-D), Visceral Manipulation Practitioner (CVMP) and has also passed board exams in Applied Kinesiology.
She is also a certified practitioner of the Webster Technique which has been proven to be of benefit during pregnancy. In 2020 she gained Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Paediatrics (CACCP) through the ICPA. In 2019 Francesca also trained as a doula with Nurturing Birth and is glad to be able to add this knowledge to her range of skills. She has a passion for supporting pregnant women, babies and children, having covered over 400 hours of extra study specific to this group.
In 2011 she became a certified APPI Pilates instructor and in the past has held classes across Glasgow and Ayrshire. She is also a qualified Hypopressives instructor, having trained with UK Hypopressives.
Francesca is not currently consulting with patients, but knows that you are in very safe hands with the rest of the team. Instead, she is focussing now on mentoring and supporting the team at CHC as Clinical Director, along with running her teaching academy.
In 2026 she authored and published the book ‘Adjusting the Future: The Paediatric Practice Toolbox for Chiropractors’ which works alongside her one-of-a-kind mentorship programme, where she teaches the Framework both she, and the associates at CHC have used to get life-changing results for children and their families.
She is the proud facilitator of the Glasgow CST Study Group, is a qualified CST mentor and regularly assists in teaching classes over several specialties. She also teaches introductory classes to help others learn more about the work she uses in clinic.
When not in clinic, Francesca enjoys cycling, finally admitting to being a huge fan of musical theatre – watching it, not doing it (thankfully), and has recently discovered Glassblowing!
Francesca is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the United Chiropractic Association, CranioSacral Society and International Paediatric Chiropractic Association.
